E.T. Go Home! Intro «

Red & Röm´s Albums is an enterprise that was established in the early 1780's when Ottoman missionary Rudolph the Red (red) met Teuton commercial counceller Gengulphus Röm (green) in Ouagadougou, Upper Volta. They both were very interested in the rhythmic world music of the natives, and soon they formed the first ethnic jazz band with two of the local musicians: pygmy immigrant Pataluha (orange) and witchdoctor (H.C.) Herbert Von Kamies (b&w).

It was the first group of musicians producing also other bands without any record companies. The name and the slogan of the improvised ensemble turned out to be: Immeasurable Quintet. Few musicians you can count on. So they invented jazz music. Soon they invented more jazz music. Their ideas were later exported to USA with other slaves. Nowadays we all know that jazz music originates from 18th century Ancient Orleans (Q.E.D.). Mainstream Marketing.

Now, over three hundred years (sic!) later, in this augmented space-time continuum, after human race crossbred with schizoid androids, and their kimeera become the third anthropomorphic form of existence, these genuine musicians are still playing together... with divergent bots, occasional utopianists and other fabulous stargazers. The main strategy of the media company is, here in another forthcoming reality, to publish artists - that are justly unknown - from the history, future and pasture of mankind. We hope that you'll enjoy the samples of these musicians and the cover art of the photographers.
